Confidentiality
We will treat all client data and business information as confidential and use it only as necessary to perform the Services. Both parties agree to protect each other’s confidential information and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.
Payment Terms
Fees: Fees for Services are outlined in the pricing plans available on the Site or in client agreements.
Payment Schedule: Monthly payments must be made in advance of the Services. The payment for each new month is due on the last day of the prior month. Work will not commence until the payment for the upcoming month is received. Late payments may result in a suspension of Services.

Termination and Refund Policy
By Us: We may terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, with the one week notice, if you breach these Terms.
By You: You may terminate the use of our Services by providing at least 7 days' written notice. If termination occurs during a paid month, we will refund the unused portion of the payment, calculated based on the number of days remaining in the month after the termination notice period ends.
Refunds: Refunds are not available after the work has been completed. If you wish to terminate the contract, you must do so in accordance with the Termination clause above.
